Yeah, I’m not a fan of how Google prioritizes search results, but search engines aren’t really included in the definition of net neutrality, as far as I’ve seen. In our discussion of net neutrality, we’re primarily referring to the power of ISPs to control the flow of content in various ways. Here is a link to the paper written by law professor Tim Wu in 2003, in which he coins the term.
