Thank you! I agree; Fred Hampton was definitely assassinated by elements of the government, and it looks that way for JFK as well (although, as you alluded to, that’s unproven). Based on E. Howard Hunt’s deathbed confession, the House Select Committee on Assassinations, and all the inconsistencies in the Warren Commission’s report (probably best summarized in Oliver Stone’s film JFK), people should at least be suspicious of the circumstances of JFK’s death. Also, great point about King essentially having the potential to unite the working class. Divide and conquer has certainly been a major tool for the ruling class to maintain its power.
